Also, the day desk staff never relayed to the evening or the overnight desk staff about the incidents in the area because when I told them what happened, they had no idea. from the hotel about the crime/incident, which I thought was odd. We never received an apology, call, email, text, etc. This was interesting because there's a "no party" rule sign on the front desk counter, which clearly did not matter. Other guests commented the next morning that they were so loud some of their family slept in their car overnight because of the noise. Hotel had a family reunion/party in the meeting space late into the evening (at least until midnight when we arrived) and they were super loud and partying in the room. Local police said multiple hotels around the mall area were hit the same night. Trying to get it repaired on the weekend and hoping a glass shop has your glass is not easy and ruined the entire day. Local police said there had been prior similar instances at the hotel and they had suggested the hotel get cameras installed, which has not happened. Parked our vehicle in the lot overnight and the window was broken and rummaged through. The hotel building itself is clean and the breakfast staff is over accommodating and friendly with a nice buffet available even post COVID.
